CMS operates through out the region with clientele ranging from government agencies and property managers to residential construction projects. We have completed projects as diverse as building tank ranges at Fort Carson, residential remodels, parks, to tenant finishes for various property managers and sidewalk street replacement for the city. Construction Management Services was incorporated in September of 1997 after Rob Foster spent 20 years as a Project Manager and Owner of Federal Contracting, with the purpose of consulting General Contractors with Project Scheduling and Quality Control documentation and implementation.
